At Yorkshire Rose Care, we believe everyone deserves compassion, dignity and the chance to live a fulfilling life. Our support is rooted in warmth, respect and the Yorkshire spirit of looking after one another. We support people across Yorkshire with mental health needs and learning disabilities to build confidence, independence and wellbeing.
Yorkshire Rose Care was created with a passion for person-centred, respectful support for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We’re proud to deliver care that feels grounded, consistent and genuinely human.
We work alongside individuals, families and professionals to build routines, skills and confidence, supporting people to live safely, make choices and feel part of their community.
Our mission is simple: help people live well, live safely, and live with confidence, the Yorkshire way.
We take pride in the people we support, the standards we set, and the positive change we create across Yorkshire.
We stay steady and solutions-focused, supporting people through challenges with compassion, patience and determination.
We are committed to safe, high-quality support that protects dignity, promotes independence and improves outcomes.
We deliver tailored home-based support that helps people maintain independence, safety and structure in everyday life. This can include personal care, meal preparation, prompting and encouragement, and practical help with routines.
Our approach is calm, consistent and person-centred, with an emphasis on choice, dignity and building confidence over time. We work flexibly to support wellbeing, reduce stress and help people feel settled at home.
Supported Living is about enabling people to live as independently as possible, with support shaped around their goals. We help individuals develop life skills, maintain their tenancy and feel confident within their home environment.
We support community engagement, whether that’s appointments, volunteering, social activities or building routines that promote stability and positive mental health. The focus is always on choice, dignity and long-term outcomes.
We support individuals with complex needs using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Our support is built around communication, emotional wellbeing, confidence and practical life skills.
Working closely with wider professionals where needed, we help people take steady steps forward, reduce crisis, and maintain consistency. Support is always personalised, respectful and outcomes-focused.
